The method comprises the following steps: when brightnessinformation is smaller than a preset value, adjusting the light emitting time of an OLED by using a PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) pulse corresponding to the brightness information; and when the brightness information is greater than the preset value, adjusting the OLED driving voltage by using the voltage level corresponding to the brightness information. The compensation device comprises a first LUT for voltage setting, the second LUT for PWM, a third LUT for brightness information, a first selector that selects a voltage level range, a first interpolator that generates a target voltage levelby an interpolation operation, a second selector that selects a PWM pulse range, a second selector that generates a target PWM pulse width by an interpolation operation, a pulse generator that generates a target PWM pulse, and a third selector for selecting the brightness range.
