The water dispenser comprises a pedestal, wherein a support is movably connected with the bottom of thepedestal; a positioning seat is fixedly connected with the top of the pedestal; a bucket is movably connected with the bottom of the positioning seat; a wrench is movably connected with the front of the pedestal; a quantifying mechanism is movably connected into the pedestal; the quantifying mechanism comprises a positioning rod; a rotation rod is movably connected with the upper part of the positioning rod; and an adjustment lead screw is fixedly connected with the bottom of the rotation rod. Via the support, the structure on the support can be supported and the position of the structure canbe kept stably; the left part of the support is set to be a hollow structure, so that the whole weight of the device can be reduced; the position of the bucket can be limited via the positioning seat;the shape of the cross section of the positioning seat can be set to be a curved surface, and the curved surface is fitting with the curved surface of the mouth of the bucket, so that the bucket canbe prevented from being inclined during an application process; and via the quantifying mechanism, constant water yield can be ensured when water is taking each time.
