Abstract

The invention provides a component hoisting travelling foundation in a complex environment of a large railway station building. The foundation is a trestle structure formed by assembling upright units, cross beam units, inter-column supports and a ramp unit, and all upright units are assembled and connected into a frame roadbed through node boards; the ramp unit is arranged at the end of the frameroadbed; the cross beam units are arranged on the upright units; and roadbed boxes are arranged at the top of the cross beam units. A construction method of the component hoisting travelling foundation in the complex environment of the large railway station building is also provided. The method comprises the following steps that 1) a structure of each unit of a trestle is designed; 2) each assembling unit of the trestle is manufactured; 3) all upright units are assembled into a roadbed for a crawler crane to travel; 4) a slope ramp is arranged at the end part of the trestle; 5) a travelling position and a hoisting position, on the trestle, of the crawler crane are provided with measurement monitoring points; 6) hoisting construction is performed on the trestle; and 7) deformation of the trestle is monitored through the measurement monitoring points in the construction. The travelling roadbed structure is assembled freely according to the field construction environment.
