The method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-scored face image; sending the to-be-scored face image to a pre-trained neural network, and scoring the to-be-scored face image by the neural network according to the network parameters to obtain a reference score; extracting each key point of a face region in theto-be-scored face image; determining a size score of a face region in the to-be-scored face image according to the distance between the key points and a preset corresponding relationship between the distance and the size score; and determining a final score of the to-be-scored face image according to the reference score and the size score. By applying the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the rationality of scoring the face image can be improved.
