The method comprises following steps: obtaining an image, which comprises a bar code and a human face; reading the actual length of an object in the bar code; identifying an object corresponding to the actual length and human face in the image; calculating the lengths of the object and the interpupillary of the human face; and based on the lengths of the object and the interpupillary and actual length of the object, calculating the actual interpupillary.
