The invention discloses a terminal access method and system, and the method comprises the steps: determining a frequency band demand table of a terminal according to the residual electric quantity ofthe terminal, wherein the frequency band demand table comprises a frequency band expected to be connected with the terminal; sending a first broadcast message to the blockchain network, wherein the first broadcast message comprises a frequency band demand table and an identifier of the terminal; and in response to a frequency band allocation message sent by the base station, using a working frequency band carried in the frequency band allocation message to access a wireless network provided by the base station, the working frequency band being a frequency band determined by the base station according to the frequency band demand table. The frequency band demand table of the terminal is determined through the residual electric quantity of the terminal, and the frequency band demand table issent to the blockchain network, so that each base station in the blockchain network can know the demand of the terminal for the frequency band; therefore, the base station can allocate the appropriate working frequency band to the terminal according to the frequency band requirement table, the terminal accesses the wireless network according to the working frequency band, the personalized requirement of the terminal is met, and meanwhile, the frequency band resources of the base station are saved.
