According to the filtering method and device, bidirectional pulsating feeding is adopted, so that turbulence caused by periodic direction conversion is fully utilized to reduce membrane pollution, and light-contaminated membrane portions at inlet and outlet ends are fully utilized to maintain relatively high membrane flux operation.
