The on-ring heart valve prosthesis comprises a valve ring, two valve leaflets and a suture ring, wherein the two valve leaflets are hinged inthe valve ring, the suture ring comprises an inner ring and an outer edge, the inner ring is used for being connected with the valve ring, the outer edge is used for being sutured with human heart tissue, the inner ring of the suture ring is hooped outside the valve ring and fixedly connected with the valve ring, the inner ring of the suture ring is connected to the upper portion of the valve ring, the lower portion of the valve ring is exposed, that is, the lower portion of the valve ring is not coated with the suture ring, and the exposed portion of the valve ring extends into the heart tissue.
