The cleaning device comprises a cleaning system and a heating unit, wherein the cleaning system is arranged at a position close to a light-transmitting component of the laser radar, and is used for cleaning the light-transmitting component according to a cleaning instruction sent when the laser radar detects that a to-be-cleaned object exists on the light-transmitting component; and the heating unit is arranged on the light-transmitting component or is arranged at aposition close to the light-transmitting component, and is used for heating the light-transmitting component before the cleaning system cleans the light-transmitting component so as to melt frozen substance in the to-be-cleaned object.
