fiber production, comprising: a defoaming
barrel, a detachable filler
barrel group and a linkage driving
system; the defoaming
barrel is provided with a sealing
assembly at the top, and the inside is a modular two-stage structure. The first filler barrel is connected with the clamping mechanism through the limiting rod, and the driving
assembly drives the clamping plate to be quickly locked; the second filler barrel is linked with the clamping mechanism through the slide rod, and is assembled in cooperation with the pressing ring; the connecting
assembly is designed in mechanical linkage of the limiting block and the clamping rod, and supports tool-free disassembly. In terms of production process, the two-stage spiral filler strengthens the
fluid shear force and prolongs the flow path, thereby improving the defoaming efficiency; the
modular design facilitates the cleaning of accumulated
dirt and avoids traditional
cutting maintenance. The sealing assembly is combined with the
waste gas condensation
recovery system to reduce
energy consumption and control
waste gas emission. Through structural innovation and
process integration, the scheme reduces the maintenance cost, guarantees the
fiber quality, and realizes efficient continuous and environmentally-friendly operation.
