This invention discloses a precise sealing device and its method based on phase transformation. The device includes an integrated sealing and extraction component, a water injection
pipe, a water return
pipe, a water injection tank, and a pre-extraction
pipe. The integrated sealing and extraction component mainly includes an injection / extraction pipe, a cooling network pipe, a plugging component, an auxiliary support, a
power component, and a control component. Under the centralized control of the control component, the plugging component is first sent to the appropriate sealing position via the auxiliary support. Then, the adjusting column systematically supports the arc-shaped plugging plate to complete the isolation of the sealing area. Next, the
power station continuously supplies
cold air to the cooling network pipe, causing the sealing water to solidify and completing the sealing of the pre-extraction hole. After the gas field extraction is completed, the
solid water from the plugging is allowed to liquefy and be discharged. Finally, the integrated sealing and extraction component is retrieved. This device achieves precise positioning and isolation of the borehole and retrieval of the sealing device, providing a new approach for the
visualization of extraction operations.
