The sanitary towel pressure-reducing energy-saving concentration machine has a structure which comprises a sealing lock plate, a machine cover, a machine drum and a support, wherein the sealing lock plate is buckled with the machine cover; the machine cover and the machine drum are in embedded arrangement; the machine drum and the support are in welded connection; the machine drum is composed of a motor, a concentrating machine drum, an inner disc structure, a bottom cover and a turnover device; and the motor is locked with the concentrating machine drum. According to the invention, after a material is added and a flocculatingagent is injected, the concentrating machine drum swings, so the material and the flocculating agent are further dispersed and flow at the local part and the periphery of the material; during operation of concentration, through annular turning structures and angle turning structures, turning and stirring of the material located at an annular side position are realized; through the inner disc structure, turning and stirring of the material located at a bottom position are realized; deeper and more comprehensive uniform mixing of the material and the flocculating agent is realized; through transmission of three parts, i.e., the annular turning structures, the angle turning structures and the inner disc structure, the material is driven to undergo overall stirring; the material can be comprehensively attached by a liquid; and when the material is subjected to settling and solid-liquid separation in a later period, the material is finer.
