The wind speed and winddirection testing device comprises a testing head, a supporting rod, pressure sensors, temperature sensors and a main control board, wherien an outer shell of the testing head is a cylinder, wind blows to the surface of the outer shell of the cylinder, the surface of the outer shell of the cylinder can bear regular pressure with different magnitudes, and the pressure reflects speeds and directionsof wind flows; and the pressure sensors are connected with a plurality of pressure holes formed in the side wall of an outer shell of the testing head, the pressure of wind borne by the outer shell of the cylinder is detected, and the main control board calculates a current wind speed and a current wind direction according to the pressure values, detected by means of the pressure sensors, corresponding to the pressure holes and the environment temperature detected by means of the temperature sensors.
