The method comprises the following steps of firstly,establishing a multi-target accurate fertilization control parameter optimization mathematical model; and then solving a multi-objective optimized Pareto optimal solution set of the mathematical modelestablished in the step 1, i.e., solving a balanced combination between precision control and energy consumption of fertilization control of the water and fertilizer integrated machine, and providingan optimal solution set for selecting design schemes suitable for different actual conditions. According to the invention, a distributed grey wolf multi-objective optimization algorithm based on Pareto optimization is adopted; the multi-objective accurate fertilization control parameter optimization problem is solved; and in order to adapt to different design actual requirements, the applicability of the water and fertilizer integrated machine in actual application is improved.
