Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of, in a coolant liquid processing apparatus provided with a filtration device for filtering a coolant liquid including sludge, quickly detecting leakage ofsludge due to damage of a filter or the like, thereby suppressing mixture of the sludge into a processed liquid processed by the filtration device. In order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides a coolant liquid processing system characterized by being provided with: a filtration device for filtering a coolant liquid including sludge; and a detection means that detects particles in a processed liquid filtered by the filtration device. Since this coolant liquid processing system is provided with the detection means that detects particles in the processed liquid at the rearstage of the filtration device, it is possible to recognize quickly that sludge has leaked from the filter. In addition, in the case where the leakage of sludge has been detected, it is possible to suppress mixture of sludge into the processed liquid by immediately taking action such as stopping the filtration device.
