Abstract

The invention discloses an X-ray detector and a method for shooting images by using the X-ray detector. The X-ray detector comprises a substrate, a plurality of signal lines, a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of sensing units and a first active element. The signal lines are arranged on the substrate. The scanning lines are arranged on the substrate and staggered with the signal lines. Each sensing unit is electrically connected with the signal line and the scanning line. The first active element is provided with a first end, a second end and a control end, the control end is used forconducting the first end and the second end, the first end of the first active element is connected with the first signal line, and the second end of the first active element is connected with the second signal line. Therefore, by controlling the first active element to be turned on, the charges of the first signal line and the second signal line can be homogenized, so that the local difference ofresidual charges is reduced, and the image quality is further improved.
