Problems solved by technology

However, the existing models rarely consider the typical damage of bridge structures, the form and location of damage conditions are relatively single, and there is a lack of systematic research on multiple damage conditions at different degrees and locations in actual bridge structures

Embodiment Construction

[0059] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the drawings.

[0060] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 7 As shown, the device of the present invention for simulating typical damages of cable-stayed bridges includes five subsystems: main girder system, cable system, pier tower system, load system, and measurement system, among which:

[0061] Main girder system: used to simulate typical damage conditions of cable-stayed bridge main girder;

[0062] Cable system: used to simulate typical broken cable damage conditions of stay cables;

[0063] Pier tower system: used to fix the main beam system and cable system;

[0064] Load system: used to provide different static load conditions;

[0065] Measuring system: used to measure the cable force of the cable system, the internal force of the main beam 1 in the main beam system, and the rigidity of the main beam 1 in the main beam system.

[0066] The main girder system includes a multi-segment main girder 1, and adjac...

Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for simulating typical damage of a cable-stayed bridge. The device for simulating typical damage of the cable-stayed bridge comprises five subsystems, namely a main beam system, an inhaul cable system, a pier tower system, a load system and a measuring system. The main beam system is used for simulating the typical damage working condition of a main beam of the cable-stayed bridge; the inhaul cable system is used for simulating a typical stay cable breaking damage working condition; the pier tower system is used for fixing the main beam system andthe inhaul cable system; the load system is used for providing different static load working conditions; and the measuring system is used for measuring the cable force of the inhaul cable system, theinternal force of a main beam in the main beam system and the rigidity of the main beam in the main beam system. The method can effectively obtain the performance degradation rule of the cable-stayedbridge under typical damage, and is simple in structure, flexible in operation, clear in stress and wide in application range.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge test devices, and particularly relates to a device and a method for simulating typical damage of cable-stayed bridges. Background technique [0002] Cable-stayed bridges are statically indeterminate structures composed of main girder, pylons, and stayed cables. Under the influence of unfavorable environment and external loads, some components will experience varying degrees of damage and disease, such as cable corrosion and main girder. The mechanism and model of structural performance degradation are more complicated than general bridge types. A large number of cable-stayed bridges have been built in our country. These cable-stayed bridges have accumulated a lot of damage during use, and the structural performance has changed greatly. Once these structures fail, huge losses will be caused. The existing bridge performance degradation models are mostly focused on the material and component level, and th...
