Embodiment Construction

[0053] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0054] Before starting to introduce the application, several experimental analysis techniques commonly used in the field of geology are first introduced.

[0055]EMPA is an in-situ micro-area analysis technology, which can lock the target micro-area while observing the microstructure of the sample online (theoretically, the target micro-area that can be locked can reach 5 nanometers), so as to analyze the components in the micro-area. Research. In EMPA, there...

Abstract

The invention provides an EPMA-WDX total rock mineral identification and plane imaging method and device. The method comprises the steps of: conducting WDX surface scanning analysis on constituent elements of a sample light sheet to obtain a surface scanning image; according to the surface scanning image, screening out a sample light sheet which cannot determine the mineral type; carrying out EDXand WDX analysis on the sample light sheet which cannot determine the mineral type to obtain an identification result; and calibrating the mineral type of the surface scanning image subjected to superposition processing by using the identification result to obtain a total rock mineral in-situ planar graph. The finally formed in-situ total rock mineral plane distribution diagram is very accurate, visual and objective.

Description

technical field [0001] This application belongs to the experimental analysis technology in the field of geology, and specifically relates to an EPMA-WDX whole-rock mineral identification and planar imaging method and device. Background technique [0002] Rock minerals are the material basis and carrier of all geological phenomena. Therefore, their accurate identification and identification are of great and far-reaching significance. Commonly used traditional analytical techniques such as optical microscope analysis, chemical analysis, spectral analysis, and X-ray diffraction analysis all have limitations to varying degrees in the analysis of whole-rock minerals. For example, optical microscope analysis technology mainly identifies minerals through the unique optical characteristics of minerals under the action of transmitted light, which belongs to qualitative analysis, and the analysis results are affected by the level of the analyst; X-ray diffraction analysis is also a co...
