The body fixing device comprises a housing and an air bag, wherein the housing is of a tubular structure, and is fixed onto a bed body; the air bag is arranged in an inner cavity of the housing, the outer wall of the air bag is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the housing, and a cavity for the patient to lie is formed at the inner side of the air bag; and the air bag is provided with an inflation tube, and the inflation tube is used for being connected with an inflation pump. The fixing method comprises the following steps that (1) the patient lies on the inner side of the housing; (2) the air bag is inflated until the air bag expands to touch the patient; the inflation degree of the air bag is adjusted according to the magnitude of an extrusion acting force sensed by the patient until the extrusion acting force between the air bag and the patient is moderate.
