The invention discloses a reliability analysis method and device for a bottom-line-guaranteed communication network and a storage medium, the method is applied to a bottom-line-guaranteed communication network management system, the bottom-line-guaranteed communication network comprises an optical cable network, a transmission network, a data network and a service network, and the method comprisesthe following steps: obtaining bottom-line-guaranteed optical cable data set by a user; according to a preset standard, respectively comparing the bottom-line-guaranteed optical cable data with basicoptical cable data, transmission network optical cable data, data network optical cable data and service network optical cable data which are pre-stored in the bottom-line-guaranteed communication network management system, and recording the defects of a net rack which does not meet the requirements of the bottom-line-guaranteed optical cable data; providing corresponding optimization suggestions according to the net rack with the defects; and integrating the defects and the optimization suggestions to generate a defect analysis text of the bottom-line-guaranteed communication network. Compared with the prior art, the defects of each net rack in the existing bottom-line-guaranteed communication network are analyzed, weak links influencing the reliability of the net racks of the existingbottom-line-guaranteed communication network are found out, optimization suggestions of the net racks are given, and the operation reliability of the bottom-line-guaranteed communication network is greatly improved.
