The analysis method of the artery state comprises the steps of obtaining pulse wave shape of an artery to be analyzed and a hemomanometer pulse wave amplitude envelope line; enabling the pulse wave shape to be matched with the wave shape of normal pulse, and determining blood flow resistance state corresponding to the pulse wave shape; based on the shape of the hemomanometer pulse wave amplitude envelope line, determining the envelope type of the hemomanometer pulse wave amplitude envelope line; and according to the blood flow resistance state and the envelope type, comprehensively determining the artery state. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment disclosed by the invention, the arterystate is subjected to united analysis in two respects of the pulse wave shape and the hemomanometer pulse wave amplitude envelope line, so that the analysis accuracy of the artery state is increased.
