Problems solved by technology

[0007] The above-mentioned knitting needles with reeds also have the following problem: since the protrusion on the reed is higher than the corresponding side of the knitting needle, it needs to occupy the space on the corresponding side. The matching slots are processed on the sheet to provide space for the projections, but this increases the processing steps and difficulty of the needle plate, and it is necessary to make the projections on the reed and the grooves on the steel sheet cooperate with each other during assembly. Installation makes the work efficiency low and the installation is difficult, thus increasing the production cost
[0008] In addition, the above-mentioned knitting needles are also prone to "monofilament" phenomenon during transfer knitting
Take the transfer of the loop X on the knitting needle A to the knitting needle B as an example, the hook of the knitting needle B passes through the hook insertion groove on the knitting needle A and inserts into the loop X, as the loop X and the knitting needle B Relative movement, the yarn hanging between the first transfer part and the second transfer part will open the latch of knitting needle B, but in the process of opening, the front end of the latch sometimes pokes into the multi-ply yarn In the yarn, one or several strands of yarn that are poked out with the opening of the needle latch are picked out of the needle latch, resulting in the phenomenon of "monofilament", resulting in fabric defects

Embodiment 1

[0067] Such as figure 2 , image 3 , the knitting needle 1 has the needle hook 11, the needle latch 12, and the needle handle 13 made up of the needle shaft 131 and the needle shaft 132 that the existing knitting needles all have. The needle shaft 132 is wider than the needle shaft 131, and the two are formed at the junction Concave first transfer part 15 . A groove 133 is provided on one side of the needle shank of the knitting needle 1 , and the groove 133 straddles the corresponding sides of the needle shaft 131 and the needle body 132 , and the reed 14 sinks in the groove 133 . The reed 14 has a wide part and a narrow part, and forms a concave second coil transfer part 143 at the junction of the wide part and the narrow part. The position of the second coil transfer part 143 corresponds to the position of the first coil transfer part 15 . In this embodiment, the deformation surface and the protrusion correspond to the positions of the front part of the needle body and t...

Embodiment 2

[0072] The knitting needle structure of this embodiment is basically the same as the above-mentioned embodiment 1, see figure 2 , image 3 , the only difference is that the lower end of the needle hook insertion groove 1411 formed by the inner cavity of the protrusion 141 on the reed 14 is not provided with a needle groove guide, for example, no needle groove guide is provided on the bottom end surface of the needle hook insertion groove 1411 (that is, the bottom surface of the groove) 1331) is provided with a slope 14113 inclined from the groove bottom surface 1331 to the rear side, such as Figure 14 . In order to correspond to the smooth insertion of the knitting needle (such as the knitting needle 2), the front end of the hook of the knitting needle in this embodiment is a trapezoidal profile surface from narrow to wide, the narrowest point is smaller than the depth of the groove, and the front end is tapered, such as Figure 15 , to facilitate hook insertion.

Embodiment 3

[0075] The knitting needle 1 of the present embodiment is as Figure 16 , with the same needle hook 11, needle latch 12 and needle handle 13 as in Embodiment 1, the same reed 14 sinks in the groove 133 on one side of the needle handle, and the groove 133 straddles the needle bar 131 and the needle body 132 on the corresponding side. The reed 14 is provided with a protrusion 141 and a deformation surface 142 on the rear side of the protrusion, and the structure of the deformation surface 142 is the same as that of Embodiment 1, that is, it has an outer end portion 1421 and an inclined portion 1422, see Embodiment 1 image 3 . Likewise, neither the top end surface of the protrusion 141 nor the most protruding part (the outer end portion 1421 ) of the deformation surface 142 protrudes from the outermost side surface of the corresponding side of the needle handle. The lower end of the front side of the protrusion fits on the groove bottom surface 1331 of the groove, and the need...

Abstract

The invention relates to knitting needles. The knitting needles are arranged in needle grooves in a front needle bed and a back needle bed of a flat knitting machine and may interoperate with the knitting needle in the corresponding needle groove in the back needle bed or the front needle bed. Each knitting needle comprises a needle hook, a needle latch, a needle handle, a first loop transferringpart, a reed provided with a bulge and a needle hook insertion groove formed by the inner cavity of the bulge, wherein the reed is also provided with a deformation surface arranged along the rear sideof the bulge, the reed is sunk in a groove at one side of the needle handle, neither the bulge nor the deformation surface protrudes out of the side surface at the outermost side of the correspondingside of the needle handle, the corresponding knitting needle is inserted between the reed and the needle handle during loop transfer weaving so as to enable the deformation surface to rotate outwardsdue to the elastic deformation, and the bulge is driven to expand outwards, so that the loops hung on the first loop transferring part and a second loop transferring part are expanded. The bulge no longer occupies the space outside the needle handle, therefore, steel sheets forming the two sides of the needle groove no longer need to be provided with grooves matched with the bulge, the processingtechnology and the corresponding installation of the steel sheets are greatly simplified, and the cost is greatly reduced.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The present invention relates to knitting needles for knitting, and more particularly to knitting needles for flat knitting machines. Background technique: [0002] The flat knitting machine is symmetrically provided with a front needle bed and a rear needle bed, and the front and rear needle beds are respectively provided with one-to-one corresponding needle grooves, and knitting needles are respectively arranged in the needle grooves. Such as Figure 35 , 36 , the knitting needle generally has a needle hook A1, a needle latch A2 and a needle handle A3. The needle latch A2 is arranged on the rear side of the needle hook A1, and the needle hook A1 can be closed by turning. The rod A31 and the needle body A32 are composed. The needle body A32 protrudes upward from the rear side of the needle shaft along the width direction and is wider than the width of the needle shaft. A4. [0003] When doing general knitting, the knitting needle moves up and down...
