Abstract

The invention discloses an one-site detection method of hydrogen peroxide based on a europium-based metal organic framework material Eu-MOF. Firstly, 1, 3, 5-trimellitic acid and europium nitrate hexahydrate are used as raw materials to synthesize a novel Eu-MOF. The material has good water and heat stability and excellent luminescence property, and can be used as a fluorescent probe. Eu-MOF and Fe < 2 + > are mixed, when target hydrogen peroxide exists, Fe < 2 + > generates Fe < 3 + > through a Fenton reaction, and Eu-MOF aggregation and fluorescence quenching are triggered. Then, image analysis software loaded on a tablet personal computer is used for analyzing the intensity of the fluorescence signals, the linear relations between the hydrogen peroxide concentration and the fluorescenceintensity are established, and quantitative analysis of hydrogen peroxide is achieved. The detection method does not need large instruments, is simple and convenient to operate, has good selectivityand stability, and is suitable for on-site detection of hydrogen peroxide.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of detection biosensing, and relates to a method for detecting hydrogen peroxide based on Eu-MOF materials, in particular to a method for on-site detection of hydrogen peroxide based on Eu-MOF, a europium-based metal organic framework material . Background technique [0002] Hydrogen peroxide is a reactive oxygen species that is of great importance for diagnostics, energy, food industry and environmental monitoring. Furthermore, hydrogen peroxide is an important biological parameter to study several cellular processes such as growth, differentiation and migration. Importantly, hydrogen peroxide levels have also been linked to several serious diseases, including diabetes, myocardial infarction, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease. In addition, abnormal accumulation of hydrogen peroxide can lead to oxidative damage. Therefore, effective detection of hydrogen peroxide is of g...
