Abstract

The invention discloses an uplink control information sending method, signaling and device and the method comprises the following steps: receiving configuration indication information which comprisesan index of PUCCH start symbol position information; wherein the number of start symbol positions corresponding to the index is more than 1; and continuously monitoring the channel at the start symbolposition, and selecting an idle start symbol position to send PUCCH. The signaling comprises an index of PUCCH start symbol position information. The device, which receives the configuration indication information, continuously monitors the channel at the start symbol position, and selects the idle start symbol position to send the PUCCH. The device used for sending the configuration indicationinformation and receiving the PUCCH at the start symbol position. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the reliability of sending the PUCCH in a unlicensed frequency band can be improvedunder the condition that the PUCCH sending opportunity of the unlicensed frequency band is reduced due to interference of other systems.
