A cigarette feeding station, a diameter change detection station and a cigarette discharging station are arranged on the rotating disc. An air pressure mechanism comprises a plurality of air pressure assemblies. Each air pressure assembly comprises a cigarette clamp, an air supply unit and a first cigarette diameter detection unit. A cigarette containing hole, a pressure application air hole and an exhausthole are formed in each cigarette clamp. A pushing mechanism is arranged in the mode of corresponding to the cigarette feeding station, and comprises a pushing channel and a pushing unit. The pushingchannel communicates with the cigarette containing hole of the cigarette clamp of each air pressure assembly entering the cigarette feeding station.
