Abstract

The invention discloses the application of interleukin 37 and the test method of its influence on the RNA m6A methylation of lung cancer cells. The present invention starts from epigenetics, and by performing MeRIP-seq (Methylated RNA Immunoprecipitation Sequencing) detection on IL-37-overexpressed lung cancer A549 cells, it is found that IL-37 has a significant impact on the RNA m6A modification of A549 cells, indicating that IL-37 can affect the biological behaviors of lung cancer, such as proliferation and metastasis, by means of RNA m6A.
