The preparing method of the hydrogel comprises the following steps that a substrate modified hydrogel material is mixed and stirred with sodium alginate and a photoinitiator to prepare printing ink after synthesized, hydrogel with a certain internal structure is obtained through 3D printing, and the shape (initial shape) of the hydrogel is fixed by using an ultraviolet lamp immediately after printing is completed; the initial shape is folded manually and then be processed and fixed with a calcium chloride solution, so that a temporary shape is obtained; and then the temporary shape will be unfolded to restore the initial shape after being treated with a sodium carbonate solution. According to the shape memory hydrogel made of 3D printing and the application in the controlled release preparation thereof, compared with existing shape memory hydrogel, the shape memory hydrogel has an internal structure which has a positive effect on medicine releasing and cell culturing; in addition, the memory hydrogel is restored to the initial shape under a certain condition, medicine can be relieved rapidly in a specific environment, and controlled release of the medicine is achieved.

The method comprises the steps of firstly, importing thin-layer CT data of a patient into image reconstruction software to carry out three-dimensional reconstruction on an operative region, determining the tumor edge and simulating hemipelvic resection on a computer; secondly, designing the acetabulum guide plate by combining the pelvic morphology after hemipelvic resection according to the spatial position of a contralateral (original) acetabulum; and finally importing an STL file of the designed acetabulum guide plate into a 3D printing device to print the acetabulum guide plate, and then sterilizing and packaging. The acetabulum guide plate is prepared through data reconstruction of the lesion position of the patient; personalized treatment for each patient is achieved; the designed acetabulum guide plate is accurately designed according to the size and the position of the contralateral acetabulum of the patient; the position of the acetabulum can be directly determined by using the acetabulum guide plate after tumor resection in surgery, so that a lot of perspectives in past surgeries are reduced, the operative time is shortened and the patient and an intranperative operator benefit from the acetabulum guide plate.

According to the method, a generative network and a basal nucleus-thalamus-cortex neuron network built by MATLAB are creatively defined as the generalized generative network, and a closed-loop DBS deep learning algorithm based on the generalized generative adversarial network is designed. The method comprises the steps that a required data set is obtained through a basal nucleus-thalamus-cortex neuron network built by a field programmable gate array, repeated adversarial training is conducted on a generalized generative network and a discrimination network, when random noise is input to the generalized generative network, the generalized generative networkcan output a data sequence of ''falsifying the truth with the falsification'', so that a control signal capable of effectively inhibiting the Parkinson's state is obtained, and the effective control over the Parkinson state is achieved. The algorithm adopts the idea of deep learning and uses the adversarial network algorithm based on generalized generative network to carry out closed-loop DBS modulation on Parkinson's state, so as to promote the possibility of adaptive DBS technology to improve the Parkinson's state.
