In an example embodiment, it is determined whether a time length from a start time point of the plurality of repetitions to a transmission stop time point is less than a first threshold length. If it is determined that the length of time is below the first threshold length, then it is determined whether the length of time exceeds a second threshold length, the second threshold length being less than the first threshold length. If it is determined that the time length exceeds the second threshold length, the plurality of repetitions are divided into a block having the reference block length and a truncated block having a truncated block length shorter than the reference block length based on the reference block length.
