The surgical operation scissors comprise a holding handle, a fixed scissor blade and an adjustable scissor blade, wherein the fixed scissorblade and the adjustable scissor blade are hinged to the holding handle respectively; the adjustable scissor blade comprises a fixed part hinged to the holding handle and a scissor blade part detachably connected to the fixed part, and blades are embedded in the fixed scissor blade and the scissor blade part of the adjustable scissor blade.
