The construction method includes the steps that the steel column is installed in placed according to design requirements, the to-be-constructed shear wall is divided into a post construction area close to the steel column and a previous construction area away from the steelcolumn; vertical stress steel bars of the shear wall are installed in the previous construction area; stirrup binding is conducted on the vertical stress steel bars in the previous construction area;film sealing and concrete pouring construction is conducted on the periphery of the previous construction area after stirrup binding is completed; after concrete is solidified and the strength reaches the requirements, a sealing film at the joint of the previous construction area and the post construction area is demounted; and the vertical stress steel bar of the shear wall are installed in thepost construction area.
