Embodiment Construction

[0027] The embodiments of the present application will be described below in conjunction with the drawings and specific implementations.

[0028] See Figure 1-Figure 4 , The fence protection device used for ship hatch coaming operations provided by the embodiment of the present application includes: a protective beam 1 and a beam fixing device 2.

[0029] The protective beam 1 includes a first connecting tube 3, a second connecting tube 4, and a third connecting tube 5. The first end of the second connecting tube 4 and the first end of the third connecting tube 5 are respectively fixedly arranged at the first connecting tube. Both ends of the tube 3, the second connecting tube 4 and the third connecting tube 5 are perpendicular to the first connecting tube 3, and are on the same plane and parallel to each other. Among them, the connection between the first connecting pipe 3, the second connecting pipe 4 and the third connecting pipe 5 is a welding connection, and the welding meth...

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a fence protection device for ship hatch coaming operation and a using method of the fence protection device. The fence protection device comprises a protective beam frame and a beam frame fixing device; the protective beam frame comprises a first connecting pipe, a second connecting pipe and a third connecting pipe; the first end of the second connecting pipe and the first end of the third connecting pipe are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the first connecting pipe respectively; and the second connecting pipe and the third connecting pipe are perpendicular to the first connecting pipe, located on the same plane and parallel to each other. A first steel plate is arranged at the first end of the first connecting pipe and provided with a bolt hole; the second end of the second connecting pipe is fixedly connected with one side of a second steel plate; and a first bolt is fixedly arranged on the second side of the second steel plate and movably connected with the beam frame fixing device. By the adoption of the device, the protective fence at the hatch coaming of the ship can be rapidly erected, a plate special for a scaffold does not needto be welded to a ship body, and the problems of welding damage and paint coating damage to a strong structure of the ship body are solved.

Description

Technical field [0001] This application relates to the technical field of ship tools, and in particular to a fence protection device for ship hatch coaming operations and a method of use thereof. Background technique [0002] The hatch coaming is the steel plate surrounding the hatch perpendicular to the ship's deck. Its function is to prevent water from entering the cargo hold and reduce the risk of deck staff falling from the open hatch. Hatch coaming is a typical and necessary structure for bulk carriers and belongs to the main powerful structure above the main deck in the cargo hold area. [0003] During the construction of the hatch coaming, personnel must stand on the top plane of the hatch coaming to perform operations. Because the plane is narrow and there is no reliable hanging point for safety belts on the hatch coaming, there are people who fall to a drop of ten to tens of meters. Risk at the bottom of the cargo hold. Therefore, the protection of the hatch coaming is v...
