The system comprises a data center, a heat exchange deviceand an aquaculture farm. The data center comprises a refrigeration system, a heat dissipation system and a plurality of cabinets, the cold air of the refrigeration system enters from the front facesof the cabinets, and the hot air is emitted from the back faces of the cabinets and enters the heat dissipation system. The heat channel of the heat dissipation system achieves the temperature balancebetween the heat dissipation system and a water body of the aquaculture farm through the heat exchange device. The aquaculture water is heated through the heat generated by the data center, so that resources are reasonably used, and waste heat is reasonably utilized. Meanwhile, the data center can be reversely cooled through the heat transfer device cooled through the aquaculture water, and the ideas of energy saving and green and environment-friendly sustainable development are achieved through the mutual combination of the heat transfer device and the data center.
