The method comprises the following steps: (1) preprocessingacquired historical data; (2) taking the preprocessed historical data as a training sample, and optimizing parameters (penalty coefficient and kernel width) of a prediction model (support vector machine) by using a new improved fruit fly optimization algorithm; (3) constructing a prediction model according to parameters obtained by algorithm optimization; and (4) classifying the to-be-tested databy adopting the newly constructed prediction model. By implementing the method, the problems of falling into a local optimal solution, insufficient convergence precision and the like of a drosophila melanogaster optimization algorithm can be solved, the problems in the specific field are classified and predicted, and the decision precision of a prediction model is improved.
