The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: S1, mating UAS-X-RNAi transgenic line fruit flies with tub-GAL4 / CyO fruit flies, selecting F1-generation newly-emerged UAS-X-RNAi / tub-GAL4 male / female fruit flies as an experimental group, and selecting UAS-X-RNAi male / female fruit flies as a control group; s2, the F1 generation of newly emerged UAS-X-RNAi / tub-GAL4 male / female drosophila melanogaster and the UAS-X-RNAi male / female drosophila melanogaster obtained in the step S1 are mated with wild type female virgin drosophila melanogaster / male drosophila melanogaster; s3, observing and counting the number and hatching rate of offspring eggs and adults of the experimental group and the control group in the step S2; the X gene is a gene to be screened.
