The beating step is performed in a long-fiber slow beating mode, a papermaking dry intensifier is added in the pulp preparation step, and a papermaking dispersing agent is added before paper pulp sizing. The wood pulp is long-fiber wood pulp and short-fiber wood pulp, and weight ratio is 80-90:10-20. The invention discloses an ecology-simulated freshness-retaining method of ginseng and American ginseng, which is characterized in comprising the steps of: adding 3% of saccharose and 0.1% of potassium benzoate into MS major element solution; soaking a cotton paper with the solution to be made into a nutrition paper; packing the rootlets and the fibrils of the O3-sterilized fresh ginseng or American ginseng with the nutrition paper; covering a PE freshness-retaining internal bag out of the package part of the nutrition paper; putting the packed ginseng or American ginseng into a PE freshness-retaining external bag; vacuating the external bag; aerating mixed gas of 2-3% of 02, 3-4% of CO2 and 95-93% of N2; and sealing the external freshness-retaining bag, and refrigerating under the environment of 0-2 DEG C. The method uses O3 sterilization to prevent the fresh ginseng from rotting and deteriorating, and the freshness-retaining bags simulate the ecological environment of the dormant state of the ginseng or the American ginseng to lead the fibrils not to be withered and yellow, and the color and luster, the freshness and the hardness of the whole ginseng not to be changed, therefore, the freshness-retaining time is more than 6 months. The method is simple in operation and is convenient in mass production.
