This invention provides an encapsulating film with light conversion effect and its preparation method, belonging to the field of photovoltaic technology. An encapsulating film with light conversion effect is characterized by comprising the following components by weight: 80-97 parts of matrix resin, 0-2 parts of main crosslinking agent, 0-1 part of co-crosslinking agent, 0-1.5 parts of
coupling agent, 0-0.5 parts of light stabilizer, 0-1 part of low-acid additive, 0-2 parts of anti-PID additive, and 0.05-2 parts of light conversion agent. This invention utilizes nano-
inorganic oxide light conversion agents, such as nano-silica, nano-
zinc oxide, and their derivatives, added to the photovoltaic encapsulating film. These nano-
inorganic oxide light conversion agents have stable inorganic crystalline structures that do not deteriorate or fail during long-term use. Modifying and
coating these nano-
inorganic oxide light conversion agents improves dispersion and enhances the
peel force between the agent and the
solar cell. Furthermore, their excellent light conversion and migration resistance, through changes in
crystal structure, can convert
ultraviolet light into different wavelengths of color, thus protecting the
solar cell and further enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the module.
