Abstract

The invention discloses a test method for judging the quality of a fitted curve. The test method includes the steps: multiplying the point data with large discrete point data difference after fine adjustment of the data by a weight, re-fitting, if the weight exceeds a threshold value, executing fitting curve descending processing, namely, subtracting one from the fitting curve frequency, and reasonably removing one discrete data point according to the reliability of the acquired data to perform descending fitting; and comparing discrete points of the curve subjected to the reduced-order fitting with the original data, and determining whether to execute B spline curve fitting processing or not according to a threshold value, i.e., if the reduced-order fitting still cannot meet the thresholdvalue requirement, fitting the original discrete data by using a B spline function. According to the test method, on the basis of polynomial function processing, the processing means of fitting curvedescending order and B spline curve fitting are combined to solve the problem of serious oscillation of the curve caused by the Runge phenomenon of the polynomial function, thus guaranteeing that thefitted curve is close to a real curve; and the test method has the advantages of simple form and fixed solving method, and meets the use requirements.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fitting curves, in particular to a test method for judging the quality of fitting curves. Background technique [0002] In actual industrial production, it is necessary to fit the discrete data of machinery and equipment to obtain the trend curve of the data. The existing relatively mature method is to use polynomial function to fit multiple discrete data points collected by the equipment. Polynomial function has the advantages of simple form and fixed solution method. Under normal circumstances, as the number of discrete data points increases, the accuracy of curve fitting should be higher, and the fitted curve should be closer to the real curve. However, when the number of discrete data points increases, if the polynomial function is still used for fitting, the existence of the Runge phenomenon will cause serious oscillations in the curve, which will cause the fitted curve to deviate from the real curv...
