Abstract

According to the invention, a pulverizator and a slag remover which are matched for use are used for pulverizing and purifying a petroleum raw material, and the forming quality of the petroleum coke composition isensured by improving the cleanliness and purity of the petroleum raw material; the carbon content in the petroleum raw material is increased by utilizing modified coal formed by diluting with hydrochloric acid; nano nickel powder and a hydrochloric acid solution are added into residual oil and asphalt which are formed after high-temperature calcination and high-temperature coking, and sulfuric acid and electrolysis treatment is performed on solid coke formed in the later period; and expanded graphite is heated at high temperature by virtue of a hot-punching reaction kettle, and the high-temperature expanded graphite in an expander is subjected to continuous and uniform water-alcohol solution sprinkling irrigation humidification, so that the internal structure of the expanded graphite is gradually loosened, and the coke compound can quickly absorb a catalyst in a catalytic process to realize efficient catalytic reaction.
