[0036] A binary string of length L, the initial pointer j=1, and the Hamming weight is w. Right a j ...a j+w The substring where it is located is reversed, and then the pointer j=j+1, the Hamming weight of the new string is recalculated after the reverse, and this process is repeated until j-1+w> End at L.

Abstract

A PUF-based lightweight RFID bidirectional authentication method belongs to the technical field of RFID and particularly comprises a pseudo-random number seed generation stage, an initialization stageand a bidirectional authentication stage. A physical unclonable function (PUF) is built in an RFID tag end to realize randomization of each round of interaction message, and a new bit flipping operation FLIP is designed to reduce the calculation cost of the tag end; by sharing the seed of the pseudo random number generator, the shared key of the server side and the label side in each round of authentication process is realized, and the use of a previous round of key value to update a next round of new key is avoided; the asynchronous attack problem in the seed generation process and the key sharing process is solved by using the time threshold and the counting threshold of the pseudo random number generator respectively; and lightweight bidirectional authentication of the RFID tag based on the PUF is realized, the requirement of resource limitation of the low-cost RFID tag is met, and the safety and privacy in the bidirectional authentication process are enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of RFID technology, in particular to a PUF-based lightweight RFID bidirectional authentication method. Background technique [0002] Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a radio-based information identification technology. Its working principle is to automatically identify the electronic tags attached to the items through wireless radio frequency signals and obtain corresponding data. Physical contact, fully automated identification and reading and writing process, is one of the core technologies of the Internet of Things. A complete RFID system usually consists of three parts: tags, readers, and back-end databases (or servers). The tag is usually embedded in the entity and has a unique identifier. When the tag enters the recognition range of the reader, the reader and the tag will verify the legitimacy of each other's identity through a security protocol. After the verification is passed, the tag will send its o...
