The method comprises the steps of S1, performing refrigeration startup; S2, judgingwhether a compressor continuously runs for first duration or not, and if no, entering in a common refrigeration control mode; S3, if yes, judging whether indoor environment temperature T1 and outdoorenvironment temperature T4 meet the condition that the indoor environment temperature T1 is larger than or equal to 24 DEG C and smaller than or equal to 30 DEG C, and the outdoor environment temperature T4 is larger than or equal to 24 DEG C and smaller than or equal or 30 DEG C or not; S4, if yes, judging whether the rotating speed of an indoor fan is k times smaller than rated rotating speed or not, wherein k is taken from 50 to 60%; and S5, if yes, entering in the condensation prevention control mode, and under the condensation prevention control mode, through comparison of the range of the temperature difference between the dew point temperature and the temperature of an indoor evaporator, adjusting the running frequency of the compressor.
