Theplurality of first containers (10) are arranged lined up so that the long-side side surfaces (11) thereof face each other. Ventilation ports (11) are provided in the long-side side surfaces (11) of the first containers (10), said ventilation ports being outlets from pipes for connecting the compression / expansion machines (13) to outside the containers.
