The method comprises the steps that required grinding rotating speed and required grinding pressure of ato-be-ground object are set; a control instruction is generated according to the required grinding rotating speed and the required grinding pressure, and a grinding wheel mechanism operates accordingto the control instruction; actual pressure of the grinding wheel mechanism is calculated according to actual output current of a grinding wheel frequency converter; the required grinding pressure iscompared with the actual pressure, and a pressure compensation value is obtained according to a comparison result; when the pressure compensation value exceeds a preset range, compensation parameterscorresponding to the pressure compensation value are obtained through recognition according to positive and negative values of the pressure compensation value and a numerical value interval where thepressure compensation value is located, wherein the compensation parameters comprise a compensation direction and actual compensation rotating speed; and a compensation mechanism is controlled to operate according to the compensation direction and the actual compensation rotating speed to grind the to-be-ground object.
