Abstract

The horizontal magnetic particle flaw detector comprises a fixed carrier roller, a first movable carrierroller, a second movable carrier roller, a U-shaped magnet yoke and a translation closed magnet yoke. The U-shaped magnet yoke is fixedly arranged at the lower part of a vertical rack and is used formagnetizing three surfaces of a measured bearing ring; the translation closed magnet yoke is movably arranged on a vertical guide rail and is used for forming a closed-circuit magnet yoke together with the U-shaped magnet yoke and magnetizing a fourth surface of the measured bearing ring; the U-shaped magnet yoke is fixedly connected to the vertical rack and is used for magnetizing the inner cylindrical surface, the outer cylindrical surface and the bottom surface of the measured bearing ring; and the translation closed magnet yoke is movably arranged on the vertical guide rail and is used forforming a closed-circuit magnet yoke together with the U-shaped magnet yoke and magnetizing the top surface of the measured bearing ring.
