The drilling fluidcontinuous circulation device comprises a body, a plate type float valve and a side valve; an axial channel which is through from top to bottom is arranged in the body and comprises an upper straighthole and a lower straight hole, and the inner diameter of the upper straight hole is larger than that of the lower straight hole; the plate type float valve capable of opening and closing the axial channel is arranged in the upper straight hole in a limiting manner; the plate type float valve can has a drilling condition and a connection making or tripping condition. According to the device, the structure is reasonable and compact, the use is convenient, the switching of fluid channels of drilling fluid under the drilling condition and the connection making or tripping condition is solved through the alternate opening and closing of the plate type float valve and the side valve, and the continuous circulation of the drilling fluid in a drill string is realized; and by arranging observationholes, the safety of fluid channel switching is improved, and the device has the characteristics of high efficiency, stability and safety.
