According to the device, the structure is reasonable and compact, the use is convenient, the switching of fluid channels of drilling fluid under the drilling condition and the connection making or tripping condition is solved through the alternate opening and closing of the plate type float valve and the side valve, and the continuous circulation of the drilling fluid in a drill string is realized; and by arranging observationholes, the safety of fluid channel switching is improved, and the device has the characteristics of high efficiency, stability and safety.
