By adoption of the structure, when a dentist extracts a tooth, a tooth fixing part is locked or clamped on a first tooth at first; then, the first buffering partor the second buffering part is used for abutting against a second tooth to serve as a force application fulcrum; furthermore, the abutting hook part abuts against or is hooked on one side of the tooth fixing part; finally, the linkage arm drives the abutting hook part through mutual swing of the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm; therefore, a minimally invasive mode is achieved; damage to surrounding tissue during tooth extraction is reduced; and the first tooth is extracted easily in a labour-saving mode with least tools.
