Abstract

The specific technical scheme is as follows: a projector projects a sinusoidal fringe image generated by a computer onto a measured object; a left camera and a right camera acquire sine stripe images, which are modulated by the height, of the surface of the measured object and send the images to a computer; the computer carries out data processing on the sine stripe images containing the height modulation information, firstly solves a phase value through quality map guidance, then solves a preliminary point cloud coordinate of the surface of the measured object according to a geometrical relationship among the projector, the left camera, the right camera and the measured object, and calculates a point cloud coordinate of a high-reflection area based on a polarization method; and finally, the initial point cloud coordinates and the point cloud coordinates of the high-reflection area are registered to obtain complete point cloud to reconstruct a three-dimensional model of the measured object.
