The real-time variable-speed rotor comprises a first transmission link, a second transmission link and a controller, wherein a first paddle, a first rotor shaft, a first gear, a second gear, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear and a first motor are arrangedon the first transmission link in sequence; a second paddle, a second rotor shaft, a third gear, a fourth gear, a third bevel gear, a fourth bevel gear and a second motor are arranged on the second transmission link in sequence; the controller is used for determining the rotating speed of the first paddle according to the azimuth angle, which is sent by a first angle sensor, of the first paddle and determining the rotating speed of the second paddle according to the azimuth angle, which is sent by a second angle sensor, of the second paddle; the first paddle is driven to rotate by the first motor according to the rotating speed of the first paddle; and the second paddle is driven to rotate by the second motor according to the rotating speed of the second paddle.
