The invention relates to an ultra-wideband measurement assembly, device and system, and the assembly comprises: an antenna assembly which at least comprises a first antenna and a second antenna; an ultra-wideband measurement module which is configured with a transmitting port and a first receiving port, wherein the ultra-wideband measurement module is used for measuring the distance of the equipment to be tested according to the radio frequency signal transmitted by the transmitting port and the radio frequency signal received by the first receiving port; and a switching circuit which is connected with the transmitting port, the first receiving port, the first antenna and the second antenna and is used for selectively conducting a transmitting path between the transmitting port and the first antenna or the second antenna or selectively conducting a first receiving path between the first receiving port and the first antenna or the second antenna, wherein the ultra-wideband measurement module controls the switching circuit to disconnect the first receiving path in a state of controlling the switching circuit to connect the transmitting path, so that the ranging accuracy of the ultra-wideband measurement module can be improved.
