Abstract

The invention discloses a BERT-TextCNN-based complex equipment manufacturing BOM intelligent decomposition method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, performing text preprocessing on a manufacturing BOM through three steps of category labeling, semantic expansion and stop word removal; secondly, performing vectorization description on the preprocessed BOM text statement through an embedding marking method, an MLM mechanism and an NSP mechanism; and finally, performing feature extraction and classification on the vectorized BOM text statements by utilizing a BERTTextCNN, and realizing intelligent decomposition of the complex equipment manufacturing BOM according to four types of necessary self-made parts, necessary outsourcing parts, non-necessary self-made parts and non-necessary outsourcing parts. The method has the characteristics of low cost and high efficiency.
