According to the scheme, the CPLDs are adoptedto detect the heartbeat signals corresponding to the BMC respectively, the CPLDs drive the fan according to the first preset PWM value when the CPLDs do not detect the heartbeat signals, the BMC drives the fan when at least one CPLD detects the heartbeat signals, and the CPLDs can be adopted to assist in controlling the fan under the abnormal conditions of BMC faults, restart, power-on and the like.
