Abstract

The invention discloses a hand rehabilitation robot system. The system comprises a main control device in wireless communication with an upper computer, two executing mechanisms acting on the hands ofa user respectively, a sensing component used for collecting motion information and a system state, and an electrical stimulation component used for applying electrical stimulation to the user. The main control device is connected with the executing mechanisms, the sensing component and the electrical stimulation component and controls the components. The main control device comprises an MCU module, an interaction module, a driving module, a data acquisition module, an electrical stimulation module and a power supply module, wherein the MCU module serves as a main control module and is used for processing data uploaded by all the modules and receiving and issuing control instructions so as to control the executing mechanisms to work in various training modes. Compared with a traditional rehabilitation training method, the system has the advantages that the human-computer interaction performance is high, the proper training modes can be selected for patients with different muscle strength levels, and a cooperative motion control strategy is fused into rehabilitation training and daily life assistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical rehabilitation equipment, in particular to a hand rehabilitation robot system. Background technique [0002] According to statistics, there are 14 million stroke patients over the age of 40 in my country, and more than 2 million new cases occur every year. Stroke is one of the most common disabling diseases, and 70%-85% of patients are accompanied by hemiplegia. In the rehabilitation of upper limb function of hemiplegic patients, the rehabilitation of hand function is the most difficult. At the same time, clinical experiments have found that the healthy hand of most hemiplegic patients will also be affected to varying degrees, and collaborative rehabilitation training for both limbs of patients in rehabilitation treatment can help improve the efficiency and effect of rehabilitation. [0003] Existing medical theory and practice data show that correct, scientific and reasonable rehabilitation training play...
